As with a number of sites I had to revisit this one because subsequent investigations showed my previous visit was to the wrong location – simply put I was one field out which was a pity as I liked some of the images !

The site as it exists today is the southernmost point of Hawkstone Park Golf Course. And as with most former sites that are now sporting and leisure venues the site has long since been cleared with no visible remains of its former use as 1^st a military site and then a PoW Camp.
