This former PoW Hostel was hit by a fire which destroyed the main hall.

The site as I visited on the 14th of June 2019 shows signs that the hall is being rebuilt in that there are foundation for the internal walls a new brickwork has been incorporated into one of the two surviving bays. Furthermore, the lawns around the remains has been cut. The stables and ancillary buildings are intact and or have been renovated.
