PoW Camp 661 Leffnol Camp

The site of former PoW Camp 68 Halmuir Farm is interesting in that part of the site has been developed as a Tourist Attraction with the preservation of the camps chapel and has been advertised by the Scottish Tourist Board. However, it has a neglected feel about at with another part of the site being used as some form of bus maintenance garage.

This former PoW Site is located on a wind swept loch side between Stranraer and the Ferry Port.

The images have been shot with just a drone as it was too far for me to walk from the road to the site of he former camp
