This area of Plymouth consists of Council Housing and a block of Council Flats with no indication of a former camp.
In fact there is little history as to this camp
Owing to the weather and location I opted to take several photographs using my Mobile Phone Camera.
Since visiting this location as specified by English Heritage Malcolm Sanders has published his notes on this site. Malcolm states that the houses at this location are pre-war, in this I have to disagree in that they are typical post war Council housing, but are also located to older victorian houses and shops along with buildings that date from the 1960s etc.. However, I find myself agreeing with Malcolm with regards to his theory and other data that the site may have been located within the local football ground or close by.
Given the above a revisit is required
Images of the site given by English Heritage as that of former PoW Camp 673 Home Park
