This former PoW Site lies to the south of the Trumpington area of Cambridge and is close on Junction 11 of the M11 with the A10 Cambridge road. Except for a concrete roadway it appears that nothing has survived of this site that once contained two camps; PoW Camp 45 an Adult camp with younger PoWs being housed in Camp 180 on the same site.

Directly north of the site of the former camp there is extensive building work on Trumpington Meadows a modern mixed housing estate mainly consisting of flats along with retail, entertainment, and schooling.

Access to the site is via the original entrance road when the gates are open or via the Cycle Way. Copies of UK Foreign Office Inspection Reports have been obtained for this site that detail the general camp conditions, political aspects of the various PoWs along with the usual Lectures and Educational Programs to teach English.
