PoW Camp 643-678 H2 Camp Lytham St Anns

This former site is to be found on the outskirts of Lytham St Anne’s between the A854 Preston Road and the shoreline. The site of the former PoW Camp 643-678 H2 Camp is today occupied by a large green meadow , mixed use industrial / retail estate and local boat club. Visually there seems to be no evidence of the former camp. Having said that I was not able to walk through and inspect all the scrub and or fly my drone over the site.

Visually there seems to be no evidence of the former camp. Having said that I was not able to walk through and inspect all the scrub and or fly my drone over the site owing to the BAE Private Airfield – Warton
