The site of the former PoW Camp is within Stoneleigh Park. Specifically, it is on an area of land now occupied by Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club and to the West i.e behind the Headquarters of the British Horse Association at the Abbey Park section of the large Stoneleigh Park . Being a Golf Course there is no evidence of the former camp.

It is interesting to note that the PoW Camp was like many such camps previously part of a allied camp that was then converted for use to accommodate PoWs. Parts or all of the preexisting camp was used as Military Hospital with the PoW Site in the South East Corner of the site.

Whilst as already stated the PoW Camp area has been cleared there are remnants of the camp as can seen in the background of the oblique drone images that show several Nissen Huts. Regrettably I visited this location on a Sunday and the security office was closed with the barriers down as such I was not able to get close up images of that part of the site.
