This compound is made up of weeds, concrete and vandalised buildings is one of the former RAF Harrington Dispersed Accommodation and Technical site and site on the opposite site of the A14 of a similar site that Is now Harrington Museum. Following the end of WWII this compound and the buildings that would have been there served as a PoW Hostel under Camp 259 Weekly (Broughton House) AND as a hostel for PoW Camp 49 Farandon.

The site as it exists today is derelict with the original buildings having been removed and the remains of three vandalised other buildings sitting amount the original concrete and gated compound. The site is also overgrown in vegetation with the entrances blocked off to prevent vehicle access.

On a personal note; this site was the 1^st one visited by myself after a three month enforced break caused by the CV-19 lockdown.
