This site as it exists now comprises of Marley a Roof Tile Manufacturer along with a quarry owned by Tarmac and Chantler Timber yard.

The assumption with regards to the site as a PoW is that they PoWs were accommodated somewhere on site and worked either within the factory or quarry. My visit to the site was on the 31st of December as such the site was closed and my camera and drone images were all shot just outside the site boundaries:
